The Pallax Edge Box (PXE) is suitable for a wide range of applications. The hardware meets industrial standards, is certified for use in buses and trains, and runs on a hardened Linux operating system.
Our Pallax Edge software runs securely in a protected container and enables direct connection of data sources via IP, serial interfaces, or other industrial protocols.
The software handles data directly at the edge, preprocesses raw data, and converts it into standard formats if needed.
Through an encrypted and authenticated connection, this data is then transmitted to the Pallax Data Integration Hub – as if the hub were installed on site.
